This is the 1st franchised Centre and it is located at Relau, Penang, surrounded by a densely populated satellite-township of Bayan Baru. Over a few hundred students have enrolled and completed their courses satisfactorily since the Centre commenced businesses on 20 December 1999. |

Students are from all ages, as young as 3 years old up to 60+. They come mostly from the residential areas nearby including Bandar Bayan Baru, Taman Sri Nibong, Taman Sg Ara, Taman Sri Relau, Taman Century, Taman Lip Sin, Taman Jubilee, Taman Saw Kit, Taman Sungai Dua, Batu Uban as well as those located in other parts of Penang e.g. Farlim, Island Glades, Ayer Itam, Georgetown.
