Obesity is actually quite common in men than in women and that is simply because of the lifestyle these men choose. They know that obese is a bad thing and can impact their life negatively, yet they are not aware on how obese and disrupt their sexual life due to having the difficulties to last longer in bed.

Even though you have been accustomed to eating copious amounts of food, there are still some things that you can do in order to change your habit.

1.Eat More Vegetables

I used to dread eating vegetables because they are not flavorful and some of them are just not too easy to eat.

However, vegetables contain a lot of nutrients that your body needs for optimal growth and normal functioning.

So, what you need to do to make your vegetables more enticing to eat is to steam it. Steaming not only cooks your veggies that will make them more appealing to eat but it also retains the most nutrients as well, compared to other cooking methods.

You steam it just enough for it to become easy to pick up using a fork.

2.Control Those Portions

Portion control is something that many obese men tend to have troubles with. For a start, you want to make use of smaller plates since you cannot put plenty of food on it.

Next, you want to make sure that half of your plate contains vegetables, ¼ of it contains protein, and the rest of it should consist of some form of carbohydrates and some fats as well.

Ideally, you want to eat vegetables that contain a lot of nutrients. These include carrots, broccoli, spinach, dark green leafy vegetables, and so on.

For fat options, you may want to opt for the healthier kind of fat that comes from butter, almonds, avocado, oily fish, etc.


3.Go to Sleep

A lot of men would always stay for long hours in pursuit of greatness and although there is nothing wrong with pursuing your best interests, there is a problem if you continuously lack sleep.

When you look at it, we actually sleep a third of our lives which means that our bodies would require some rest every night.

You do not want to sleep any number of hours below 7 since you will invariably increase your risk of getting certain medical conditions, particularly obesity and cardiovascular disease.

So, aim to have at least 7 hours of sleep per day to ensure that you will maintain your body’s normal functioning.

4.Get Some Good Quality Coffee

As you grow old, you will need to have something that will “pick you up” so to speak. That is the reason why adults usually drink a couple of cups of coffee since it contains a stimulant known as caffeine.

Now, you want to make sure that you drink the right kind of coffee. You also want to make sure that you do not add way too much sugar as it will not only dilute the flavor of the drink, but it will also elevate your blood sugar levels as well.
